Laws are written by certifiably insane kooks. Even in 2017-2019 when I lived in Saint Augustine there were feral chickens “RUNNING AT LARGE” for hundreds of years since the city was a Spanish colony. So it’s “illegal” to do anything natural, then we’re continually beaten over our heads about our “carbon footprint” and “manmade climate change.”SMH
