Pretty much exactly what to do. I mostly see it on Feed store chicks or chicks introduced to adventurous foods too early. It’s not hard to cure
Is it no spill because the powder container regulates the feed going in? Does the feeder need to be jostled for feed to drop? Looks easy enough if you have a drill attachment to bore correct size hole for powder.
