So funny ! I love reading chicken stories, especially when you giggle and nod yes the whole time! Too funny!! (on a side note, maybe it's time to employ some dummy eggs where you want them to lay, will they figure that out, too?!) haha!

I had dummy eggs in the boxes for a while and I guess they helped the first of my 19 new layers. I have been purposely removing eggs pretty soon after they’re layed in hopes of not promoting egg eating or accidental breaking. But I never thought about putting fake eggs back in for the last half of the new layers. Kind of neglectful on my part. Gracious me.
