Additional Information | Sec. 46-291. Location of pens and coops. Any person who shall own, keep or maintain any of the following named fowls or animals on his/her own or leased premises, namely, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, pigeons, rabbits or other pet animals, and including swine, within the corporate limits of the city, shall conform with the following regulations: All pens, houses, and coops shall be located on the rear of the lot or premises, at least 40 feet from any front property line, at least ten feet from any side property line, and at least 20 feet from any side street property line.
