A large coop with a nice roof. Wonder about the number of nesting boxes (12 seems like a lot for this size of coop).

Nice build! I didn't see dimensions anywhere, but that does seem like a lot of nest boxes for this size of coop! I'd probably take the top row off of both nest box units as this will also discourage birds from sleeping in them since the roosts are at a similar level to that upper row. The slide-out trays are also a bad idea as they'll just get jammed up with bedding that the birds scratch around and be hard to pull out of there without dumping part of their load off anyway. Larger doors to just open up and scrape out the droppings from under the roosts would have worked better in my opinion. The pictures were great, but could use more writeup in between and a sketch of the plan somewhere.
