Additional Information | City recently changed all the codes without warning and plans on enforcing all existing coop owners to the new rule. New rules only showed up yesterday (4/2) and until then, in the month's/years before the codes were the same as written above. They don't seem sure what they want the codes to be, and every new change they've made is harsh, sudden and without notice, be wary. Whole situation dodgy. Might wanna call and ask them what their rule this week is about chickens. Municipal Code 6.05.140 outlines rules for all animals reguarding nuisance by smell or sound, (neighbors can complain if your animals are considered a nuisance and go through a court process to have them removed) Municipal Code 6.05.180 No animal (including chickens specifically listed) may run at-large off the owner\\\'s property |
