We built this chicken house 2022. This year our flock increased by eleven. Four chicks raised by broody hens and seven I bought from McMurray hatchery. I decided to name this coop Carters Chicken House. This fall we hope to add siding and a shingled roof. Inside we added a brooder cage /grow out pen so bought chicks feel safe. Soon it will be replaced with more roost bars and ramps. I'm still a novice chicken keeper. However I am looking forward to becoming a novice 2.
