Ingredients:
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
1 1/2 cup grated, mild cheddar cheese
1 small can diced green chiles
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 flour tortillas
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients together, leaving tortillas aside. Once you have mixed ingredients, fill flour tortillas with mixture, then roll and place in ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle tops with extra cheese and olives, if you choose. Cover with aluminum foil. If baking immediately, bake 350* for 30 minutes. You can also refrigerate, unbaked overnight and bake the next day. If refrigerated, bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
