Well I don’t have detailed plans. The building is 24x16 with a 12 foot awning. The nesting boxes are 12x13. The roost ladder is 8 feet long and 4 feet wide spaced 18 inches apart. The pond is 11x8 about 2 foot deep on the deep end sloping to 5 inches deep on the shallow end. Allowing baby ducks and geese to get out. The run is an old horse corral it’s 50x120 with 4 inch hog panels around the outside. All birds have free range of the property the hog panels keep out most 4 legged predators. I lose a bird every now and then to a hawk or Eagle but it’s part of free ranging.
