California is experiencing it's worst drought in at least 500 years. Thankfully it has rained nonstop for almost 3 days now, and the hens seem to be enjoying at as much as I am!
Bertha, giving me the "crazy face"

My pretty Blue Andalusian - don't tell the others, but she's my favorite ;) She gives me this look every time I talk to her - she's very attentive, I love it!

A soaking wet Splash Andalusian - her name is Splash. She has two different eyes - one is light, the other is dark.

I just got a new macro lens and took this fun headshot of Charlotte the Light Brahma with it.

Sporting a Mohawk of dirty feathers.

Her feet. Not so feathery when they're soaking wet.

And more Splash...Charlotte was watching me, and you can see on the right side of the picture that Splash is sprinting towards me! Expecting food, of course.

Nutty girl still sprinting towards me, comb and wattles flapping in the wind.

"Oh, I see you didn't bring me food. Okay." She dramatically walks away in the pouring rain.
