Silver roof and red paint give the coop a barn look.
Heavy duty wire to keep out racoons, etc.
The roost is screwed into the window frame, giving greater stability to both the window and the roost.
Feeder and water hang from the ceiling on chains. I caulked the middle of the ceiling where the roof joints come together in order to stop some leaking. Also caulked around the outside of the shed to stop water from leaking in at the ground level.
Vent on back for some added air circulation
Completed nesting boxes are to the right atop three cinder blocks that were sitting around. All wood used on the project was spare wood I had on hand. The tin can in the corner is storage for feed; has a strong clasp that prevents animals from getting into it.
