| Additional Information | Ordinance 4-1 states restrictions on other animals, however chickens are not mentioned at all. After contacting the city clerk, I was told that chickens are not prohibited in the city limits, there is no maximum number allowed, but it could be determined to be a nuisance if there were too many and neighbors complained. I have kept 13 chickens in down-town Kalispell for the last 3 years. |
