Today, on monday, i spent sometime with my chickens.
Im in Tennessee, and its very cold, kinda snowing. Due to the cold, the construction by the side of the road wasnt being done, so it was quiet, Due to the cold, there was a warning of a power outage, so the roads were quiet as well. It was very peaceful and i felt very relaxed, snow gently falling down, i thought nature had taken over the place.
And the chickens were relaxed, too. Brydie was in an old coop used to house the barred rocks, and even a barred rock was there too (Princess) i think she was visiting her old home. Strawberry was laying an egg, and the rest were under the coop. I got relaxed and sleepy vibes from them. While i got pine shavings to get to the coop, i saw an old egg, so i decided to let them have it. After i cleaned the coop and dumped the shaving, i got ice out from the water, and Jelly Bean said hello. it was sooo great, to see such a peaceful place. here are some photos:
