I know it's hard to adapt to a healthier diet than the one you already have, but here's a solution:

Almond flour is perfect for making gluten free bagels, cake, muffins, waffles, and many more! So is coconut flour! There are many recipes on social media! Curious? Check. It. Out.

You can look up on the internet "recipes with almond flour" or "recipes with coconut flour"
