The coop and run are a nice size (especially like the coop siding) but I hope the chicken wire on the run was replaced with hardware cloth for better security.

Nice multipurpose shed-coop!
This coop is sure to inspire people that check it out, but the actual build is somewhat of a mystery; Some more in-progress photos and descriptions (what materials used, how was it made, tips, problems encountered, etc) would make this stellar.
