I love this. You really made the best of the space. We use an Omlet Cube for the same reason (red mite resistance), but it doesn't have a tiny ambient fireplace!

It's very cute and a great use of an old playhouse. It really needs much more permanent ventilation though. And the run is a bit undersized for the size of the coop. I hope it's working out for you and your flock.
