Really good job on this coop and run. Also good job on writing so that others may be able to follow your design.

The wall framing is a bit unconventional.
It seems to be working well though.

I love the design of this coop. I also really appreciate that there is more than enough ventilation on this coop and that the run is a good size. I would recommend covering the run, though. I also like how there are plenty of windows to let in light.
