Sounds like you put a lot of thought into your build. I wish I could understand a little more how you did it, we really need more pictures to visualize it. I'd really like to see those folding doors you wrote about. IMHO I wouldn't bother with building more nesting boxes, you could build a hundred and all the hens would still use the same darn one. Look forward to seeing more of your coop!
