I picked up 1 or 2 day old silkie bantam chicks.

I’ve raised silkie before but usually get at least 6 at a time. So just wanna make sure this setup looks ok.
I have a 100w ceramic heat bulb in the lamp
Just wanna make sure they aren’t to hot or cold. The one was panting but now isn’t. Maybe stress?
it doesn’t feel hot under the lamp where they lay. Just warm. And they aren’t trying to get away from it. But they aren’t piled together either so I hope that’s a sign they are happy.
eating a little. But not drinking yet (just got them a couple hours ago) I showed them and dipped their beaks but not interested yet.
