It's a very nice coop with some good pictures and some explanations. A materials list, blueprint, or measurements, and some step-by-step details about how it was built would help immensely.
For having no building experience, your father did a good job building a coop for you. It would have been nice to have some additional details such as dimensions, approximate cost, etc.
