we live in a small country town in New South Wales , Australia.
We moved here from the city a year ago to give our boys are better quality of life.
They're 4yrs, 2yrs and 4mths ;-)
After attending an agricultural show my 4yr decided he wanted to get chickens and show them.
He chose BLACK STANDARD AUSTRALIAN LANGSHANS which are classed as a rare breed here.
He also picked OLD ENGLISH GAME BANTAMS _ his rooster is RED/BLACK LIGHT LEGGED and his girls WHEATEN BLACK TAILS.
As the Langshans aren't the broody type we bought an incubator and have just set our first lot - it's proven to be VER STRESSING to say the least.
Hopefully we'll be able to post some pics - fingers crossed.
