    Additional InformationOrdinance adopted 10/13/2009. Regulation is at the county level, the city defers to the county for animal control ordinance. Coops must be kept 10 feet from property line, and 40 feet from any other adjacent residential structure unless written permission is given from the neighbors. Slaughtering is prohibited.
