Your coop is too close to the house so runoff is going to hit the coop roof and run. Maybe you've rectified that but this article doesn't say anything other than a great deal on materials.

Not much in the way of how this was built and chicken wire isn't recommended for keeping chickens safe but that was a good find on the wood.
