On Saturday, 23 days ago, me and my dad went to Coastal to buy some new chicks. ALmost a year ago almost all of my brother chicks were brutally killed my an owl or a raccoon, the remaining were sold for their own safety. This year me and my dad are going to super predator proof it. I bought eight chicks: Goldilocks and Copper, RIR's; Petals and Greysie, Blue Andalusians; Ivy and Black Sparrow, Black Sex Links; and Daffie and Puddles; California Greys. Petals died on night two, she was the runt and my favorite, I wasn't entirely surprised but still sad. The others are doing great and amazing, I don't know what I'd do with out them.
