It’s cute and I have the same playhouse that I use as a “mess hall” for my Geese’s food to keep it out of the weather. I see how you boarded up all the openings. My question is where is the ventilation? and what are you using for roosting bars?

Good pictures and explanation of how to turn a playhouse into a coop. Looks like the hens free range; there isn't a mention of a run?

Of course we want updates. Pics of a run if there is one and nest boxes would help folks trying to do this.
