This was a dilapidated play house sitting in the corner of my sister's backyard.. apparently my nephew and niece outgrew it and it was just not being played with anymore. I said to my sister "whenever you get rid of that let me know I'll take it off your hands", she happily replied, "You're in luck I was about to throw it away this weekend!"
When we got it it was really dark and my niece and nephew had colored all over it with chalk..I sanded it down,
reinforced the bottom framework and added a floor.
We started staining it.
Then we added the nestboxes...
We elevated the coop and started on the run as well.
Added the door...and started on the run.
