Would love to know if this was a kit. How big is it? Measurements really help. Anything you would change?

Sorry for the late reply. This was not a kit. My husband is and wood worker and engineer. He got ideas from looking at other coops online, then designed and built ours. One thing I would change: another smaller pvc "feeder" for oyster shell.
