Simple Suburban Coop and Run

I'm a 16 year old going on 17 and I just bought my first flock of chickens about 6 weeks ago. I'm very excited to get my eggs in a couple of months! It's just about time to permanently move them to their new coop, and I am almost finished (I just need a finished roof for the run). The run is 63 sq ft and the coop is elevated about 18-20 inches. I would love to hear comments and suggestions concerning what I've done so far! Thanks everybody and I'm happy to be a new part of the BYC community!

Nice coop. May be a little too tight for the amount of birds shown.
