Small but practical

    Hi All
    I love this site so much and got such great ideas when I was designing my coop that I thought I would share my humble little quarters for my 3 Rhode Island Reds and 2 Barred Rocks. I'm sorry I only have the completed project but I think you get the gist of it.
    I'm sorry this isn't more detailed. I added two nest boxes on the right site of the coop door on the second picture. To do it again I would have made them so I can reach the eggs from the outside. I also am building an outdoor fenced area so they can have more room to roam. They seem very happy.

    Seems like a pretty small space for 5 adult hens... unless they're let out to free-range every single day.
