I just steamed 8 very fresh eggs!!!
The shells came off perfectly!!!! I did not put them in an ice bath, briefly ran cool water over them so I could handle them.
I used my instant pot for the steam setting. Which is 15 min.
I also did some in a pot with a steaming basket! For 12 min.
I am thrilled that they were so easy to peel.
