Starting with a shed is great shortcut... and looks like you've protected it on the inside pretty well. interesting idea for the swinging roosts. Love your progress timeline by date. Glad you fixed the roof. I wonder how the window fan ventilation is working out. Do you have a humidity thermometer inside?
I love how you did the coop and run. The run is fairly spacious, too. One thing I would add is a fair bit more ventilation to the coop. There should be at least 1sqft of ventilation per bird.
