I am a builder so not to difficult for me to build this, I had a bunch of materials already. For the framing I used fir cross arms ( the things that sit horizontal on top of telephone poles) that my dad had, he worked for Boston Edison, it’s post and beam construction with horizontal 2x3s and the vertical ship lap siding nailed to that, easy! Stone foundation with a cement floor, that was the hard part mixing and lugging to where needed, 65 bags at 80lbs each. Shingled roof etc.
