A great coop and thoroughly build. Very wel documented too.
Amazing you are still around as active reader and member. I wonder how it looks like in 2026, what your experiences are after 14 years and how many chickens you have in there. Do you let them free range too? I would welcome a second page as a follow up.

One of my favorite builds on the site. I love how the coop portion is built right into the run itself. Lots of photos and details for others to follow along, and the "lessons learned" is a nice touch.

Very nice little coop, looks quite predator proof and weather resistant. :)
Very nice build article. And an adorable coop. But keep in mind, chickens require at least 4 square feet of coop space per bird, and more is always better.
