I love all the pictures showing how the coop was built. Adding measurements might help others to copy the design.

Great job for a first build! I see you were planning to add more run space so the chickens have enough room, it would be great to see updated pictures with the addition.

Personally I'd like to see a bigger run. The coop is great though.
