I gave 5 stars because I think anyone could copy this design from the photos provider. It's fairly straightforward, and has great features like being able to open the top of the run.

I like the lift open tops to the run so that you can stand inside if need be. For non-builders, this is a great coop! For real builders, this is a great coop!
