Top 5 Ways Of Keeping Your Flock Warm In Winter

Great article full of ideas, but for #5, there are other methods of heating a coop or providing a little heat for chickens, not just heat lamps. I would expand that part to put some of the other alternatives in there, ie. oil-filled radiant heaters, sweeter heaters, cozy coop heaters, etc.
I have a chicken coop and 11 chickens and 4 ducks there run is 20×20dog kennel of heavy gadgets wire 8 ft high with curtains I can drop made of a canvas material this helps block out the wind and cold weather to 75% affect love the fact I can roll them up and down in bad weather and when the sun is out allows the heat to warm the birds up so this work great in summer and winter both ?

Very helpful and well written, I learned a thing or two about how feathers work!
Some good tips, but disagree with the use of heat lamps (coops fires can wipe out an entire flock and burn a coop down to the ground).
Very informative!!
Great, helpful tips.
