BEEF ROAST
I sprayed pan with cooking spray. Spiced with salt, pepper, onion salt, garlic powder on one side then flip over and season the other side, five slices of carrots and half a cup of white onion under meat.
Preheat oven to 325°, cook for one hour uncovered, then flip over for another hour. Next put in juice beef stock and/or water, potatoes, cover for another hour [three hours total cook time]. Oven temperature can be 325° or 300° for longer if you want meat softer. Key Lime Pie for dessert.
