Ok, to kick this off, let me explain how it works:

1.) Person A offers (fertile) eggs. We need to have a minimum of 6, but if you would like to offer more that would be fine too. Person B likes what is offered and says "I'll take those and in turn offer..." Person C likes those and offers some of their eggs.

2.) To qualify for accepting an offer, you need to post what you are offering in return in the same post.

3.) When each trade is posted, please pm or email the person who offered the eggs and work out the shipping arrangements.

4.) The person receiving the eggs will pay no shipping because the person who sends them will have received their eggs without paying shipping as well. This will keep the thread moving along without a lot of complications.

5.) THIS SWAP IS NOW INCLUDING ALL GAME BIRD BREEDS!!

edit on May 1: This swap now includes all breeds of wild (game) and other fowl. This includes any type of quail, partridge, grouse, pheasant, turkey, guinea, etc. etc... Waterfowl is limited to mallard ducks or canadian geese only

6.) Please state in your post:
breed:
color: (if known)
line (who you got your flock from):
number of eggs to be offered:

AMENDMENT Please try to keep it fair. If you are taking pheasants and offering buttons, please make sure the offer is comparable Let's try to keep every one happy

7.) Please offer eggs that you will have available to ship withing two weeks of offering. This will help keep things straight on the thread and allow more people the opportunity to participate.

8.) Please limit all shipping related business to PM's and emails.

9.) Please try to make a comparable offer to the one you are taking. Some breeds/species are more expensive than others, just keep this in mind so we can all have a good time!

Thanks everyone for your participation! This is not so much about how fast it can move as it is about trading eggs and making friends.

Let's get this party started!

If there is anything you think I missed, please let me know!

This is a good way for us to get different bloodlines, or those colors/breeds we have been DYING for!!

IF ANYONE HAS NOT RECEIVED THEIR EGGS YET, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!

***Due to some problems that have come up recently, I am having to change the rules.***

You MUST have your eggs sent out not more than 2 weeks after accepting an offer!!! If this is not possible, please let the recipient know!! There are a few people that have participated that are still waiting on eggs, and this thread will be closed if this keeps happening!!
