Bumblefoot pictures, am I right?

I took some pictures of my two roosters that I think have bumblefoot.

And sometimes there is a scab on the bottom of the foot and the swelling does go up between the toes. My Violet has been on every antibiotic known to chickendom probably three times each and she seems to get almost better then BOOM! It's back again. It's a tough infection to wipe out. I'm surprised it hasn't gone systemic on her yet, but she seems to hang in there and keeps laying her egg no matter what, my poor girl. Even my girls who beat it, some of them have it again this summer. And new girls got it as well, which surprised me, even a couple of the very lightweight ones. Every dang thing in that coop has been sanded and sanitized over and over again. I think there is just a ton of staff in my soil here along with the former owner's stupid piles with glass in them. I've been picking up glass for five years now and still, a piece will just show up out of the blue. Good luck with your boys.
 
I have a hen that got that bad. I treated it myself: hot water with iodine soak 5 min. a day, than cleaned it out a little at a time through the bumble. Inside the bumble was a thick hardened pus and finally a 1'' long sliver. After the cleaning came a triple antibiotic ointment and a bandage.

Treatment was continued every day for 3 months- give or take. But she did get over it and that was 2 years ago. I didn't use oral antibiotic because I saw no sign of the infection spreading up the leg, no fever or listlessness either.

If you can afford a vet bill, go for it, it's alot quicker and easier with less risk.

Here's a question--when chickens get older, do their feet get more "floppy" my 7 yr old hen had tiny (compared to these pics) sacs on the inside of her toes--I thought it was just old age--or could it have been bumblefoot?
 
...if you possibly can, take your bird to the vet to see if it is bumblefoot or gout (gout will have hard whitish crystal like substance)... it might be a combination of the two...
If it is gout then you can take dietary measures for that...
 
The top pictures I'm betting is bumble foot. The problem with it is... if you don't get the core of the infection completely out it will come back. I just treated a duck with a bad case. I just kept soaking and squeezing untill it came out. It will look like cheese. After I got it all out she heeled up really quick. I finally had to take and cut the foot open a bit to get it all out. After you soak, take the scab off and squeeze lightly and see what comes out.
 
First of all let me thank you all for your replies, I appreciate it. I have started looking for a vet that is close enough for me to take this guy to. He is huge. I just can't imagine catching him and holding him to do what needs to be done once to twice a day. He doesn't display any discomfort of distress. Thank you again.
