I noticed these spots on my hens feet and my first thought was bumblefoot. I did do a search for pics to see if this is what she has but I was unable to find a pic of the early stages of bumblefoot. Her feet are not warm and the spots seem smooth instead of scabby (sp). Her roost is only about two feet high and she lands on pine shavings, so its a soft landing. Though they do free range and from what I've read she could have gotten a small injury that way. So I thought I better get some opinions. Is this the early onset of bumblefoot?

Bumblefoot is a staph infection of the foot brought on by any abrasion that allows staph to enter. We live on a rocky hill, under lots of trees in the woods and there is so much for them to scrape their feet on. Here is my Violet's foot awhile back. She has recurring bumblefoot. Heavy birds jumping down from too-high roosts will cause it, too. Hers hasn't been this bad in awhile, but she does currently have a bandage on her foot. Meg, my really huge hen, always has it in both of her feet. She probably weighs 9 lbs or more and her feet are oddly curved, so they hit the ground at weird angles. It has nothing to do with the coops or pens, just our terrain and the germs present here. Staph is everywhere, though.

You know, you may want to pick whatever tiny scab her foot has off, then pack with neosporin, gauze pad and vetwrap stretchy bandage. Rebandage in three days or so or if the bandage gets wet.

I would have a good think on your set up including their roosts (if too round/small this could cause problems) ... also have a good clean out immediately. might be something as simple as the edge of the nesting box (does she perch on it before going in?)
