I have a few bantan turken eggs hathcing in the bator, so far only one has hatched but it is not a naked neck? I was just wondering if this happens often, or if the naked necks are different then bantam turkens.

If the parent birds are both homozygous for the Naked neck trait, then 25% will not have naked necks.

Unfortunately it's common in Naked Necks/Turkens in all sizes for there to be birds not pure for the naked neck gene. About half of hatchery stock Turkens are not pure for the NN gene. Private individuals is more variable, but still very common.
When the other chicks hatch, check the 'bowtie' size. The ones not pure for NN have a good sized fuzzy bowtie patch and on many it seems to cover the entire front lower neck.
On the pure ones, either the neck is totally bare(not very common though) or has a tiny bowtie- can seem to be pair of single puff or usually like a pair of little pompoms coming out on the neck with the lower neck being very obvious.
It's similar on adult birds.
Here's a pure with pretty small bowtie:
All chicks are pures except the dark blue on right, on that one has a bowtie so large it's covering the entire lower front of neck and crop area:
