Rbamterry you are a Meemaw!! Against all odd I have actually managed not to kill all of your eggs! I have 2 out and 1 zipping!!

Not sure what is going on with the other 2 I haven't candled in a while, but they weren't due until today so they have time.

I cannot believe I have more actual live chicks!!

I'll get pics when I can get them out of the incubator.

So... did you leave these eggs in the same bator for the hatch... did it help?
 
I did. I left them right where they developed! It seemed to work much better! So glad to finally see chicks pipping and zipping.

I believe that my thermometers were running very cool in the Hatcher Of Doom!, I purchased a new thermometer and it showed a great deal cooler than the other two. This would explain why I was killing the eggs right at lockdown. So I am hoping that the HOD will lose it's reputation. I have a different set of eggs in it now.

Ohhhhhh they're beautiful :-) Congratulations!

We just put eggs in our 'bator for the first time, the next 3 weeks are going to seem like months LOL
