Is the first one a Wyandotte? Looks like a hen to me, but the picture is a little funky.

both are wyandotte EE/RIR mix. They are atleast 5-6 months old.

And actually they look to be around 21/2 to 3 months old

Well. If they really are 5-6 months old, you have two very underdeveloped hens. I agree with PineGrove on age.

how do you have them develop faster. They hatched 2 days early 4rm what the lady said.

This sounds familiar.

If they are that old they are hens.
I think the lady you got them from was confused about the hatch date.
