Why did you treat the flock and with what? In what strength?
Can you smell a bad smell to this chick? If she heals, she's likely going to be a carrier. Are you ever going to show or sell these birds? Are you prepared to consistently treat the whole flock for the sake of one chick? Even through relapses?
Once you begin antibiotics, you have to do a certain dose and if it's a 'mycin or 'cycline, you MUST treat for 14 days - not one day less. You must also treat at the highest dosage. can you tell us the brand, number of grams of medicine per package, and ounces? (For example Duramycin 10 grams per package at 6.04 ounces).
If you're going to treat, you might as well do it right.
By the way, all babies must have probiotics daily during treatment. You cannot use yogurt now. You will need to buy Probios brand powder, or use another non-dairy probiotic. If you don't use probiotics, because of the age of the chick, I would expect diarrhea and possibly secondary coccidiosis on top of their illness already.
