What is up with my duck??

So I got 2 ducks two weeks ago one is growing like a weed the other is having issues. It has a hard time walking and can barley hold its self up when in the upright position. Most of the time I find him on his/her back and have to flip it over only to fall right back over. Here is a video maybe someone can tell me whats going on here:

 
Your duck has spraddle leg.

You need to hobble the legs so they stay in a normal position. You can use thick yarn or small bandaids to make a hobble.

This should be done ASAP and left that way for a couple weeks.

Otherwise the duckling seems healthy and active.

That's what we were thinking but it is always all shaky. I'm going to hobble his legs and hopefully that will work out.
 
If he is shaky, you might try sprinkling brewers yeast on his feed. It will add additional niacin which ducklings need.

hes a crested so these things always happen when they're little cuz of the crest they dont have good balance

I agree...looks like the lights are all on but noones home. Doesnt appear to be spraddle.
