I am offering for sale several different breeds. I can ship but most of these birds are really big heavy birds so shipping would be expensive. I will drive up to 2 to 3 hrs to meet up with anyone purchasing birds if you buy enough of them.

Giant Black Cochin Flock 5 months old. Really nice super fluffy and great foot feathering on all of these birds. I have 10 pullets and 2 cockerels

Giant Barred Cochins 5 months old. These are also really nice and fluffy, great foot feathering SOLD

Giant Golden Laced Cochin Pair 5 months old. SOLD

All of these Giant Cochins are out of Show Stock and they show it to they are really nice birds. I will try to get better pics up tomorrow.

Also 4 hens and 1 rooster of my grown Blue Turkens. These birds where hatched July and August of 2008. It is the Rooster pictured and 4 of the pictured hens. They are beginning to molt so not as pretty right now as they are in this pic.

Several Blue, Black and Splash Bantam Orpingtons, these range from 3 to 4 months of age.

A few Blue and Splash Orp pullets and cockerels that I hatched from MissPrissy's eggs and some that I hatched from my own birds. These range in age from 2 months to 5 months. The following pics are of my adult Orps that some of these chicks are out of and some of their fully brothers and sisters.

Hello! I have a blue wyandotte bantam rooster who lost his hen recently- these were a 4-H project and the child won 1st prize then wanted to find a home for them...anyways, he is lonely, and I was wondering if you still have any bantams left- I would like perhaps three for my rooster. I would need to have them shipped, as I am in Maryland. Please let me know! Thanks so much, and by the way, this rooster, named Hawkins, is quite sweet, comes when he's called and can be handled; he was also very sweet with his hen, Sadie; we think she became egg-bound, and she died.

Thanks again,

Barb, I do have some bantams but they are Orpingtons not Wyandottes. But I have them in Blue and Black, possibly 1 Splash left. Also I will ship them.

These are some really nice cochins I am going to try and get better pics today, and will take some of their feet showing all their foot feathering.

But yes shipping is kinda pricey on the big birds.

James,

Have you every crossed a turken with your cochin? A turchin?

Might be kinda cool , naked neck fluffy butt with feathered feet. Just curious... beautiful birds.. all of them.

Hey Nancy,

No i've never crossed a cochin with my turkens. But I bet it would be really fluffy. Hmm might try that if I don't get the cochins sold. LOL

Thanks I really like them all also and its a hard decision to pick out which ones to keep and which ones to sell. but i've got so many different breeds that some have to go or I would be building pens all winter.
