Let me preface this by saying that I live in California and I'm beginning to believe what people say about our postal workers here and the way they treat packages!!! I can't believe the shape the boxes have arrived in - you'd think we speak a language that doesn't recognize the word "FRAGILE"!!!! Also, my eggs always seem to come from clear across the US!!! And, yes, my bator had issues on a couple of the hatches, but it's been running perfectly ever since.
