Our unknown cross Dixie has sat on about 6 eggs for 3 days now. She only gets off the eggs about once a day. She sleeps on them at night. We finally have a broody!!! I believe 2 blue eggs and 4 brown.

I can't wait to see if she hatches any eggs!!! Bucky has been mating a lot recently so that is a very good sign.

Thanks Speckledhen! Whenever I go out to the eggboxes to collect the other eggs she starts clucking and if I come near her eggbox she tries to peck me. She will be a great momma.
