Eye Infection..Pics included

I have one chick that has had two eye infections. When noticed this time it looked really swollen. We brought her in and cleaned it out and this was growing behind her eyelid. Has anyone ever seen this and what is going on. She is the only one with this problem.

I have been doing alot of reading online and I believe it is caused by mold. The bad thing is they will never recover and you have to keep a close eye on them and keep doctoring. This came from the first chick we ever hatched here so that means we have to just try to keep her going.
 
i have no idea, but it seems along the same lines as bumblefoot... ducks bodies cant get rid of the bacteria, so it builds up in one spot surrounded by swollen skin.. may be naturally put there but needs to be removed.. just an idea. its all i could think of
