My hens eye is swollen. Not sure of the cause! Help!

And I know this is an odd question, but do I need to get some sterile water somewhere or will saline solution that we use be ok to flush it out with before I put the vetericyn in?
Saline eye wash is fine to use or you can make your own sterile saline solution at home.

For Eyes:
Mix 2teaspoons table salt to a quart of water, bring to boil, reduce to a simmer for 15minutes. Cool. Store in a sanitized jar for up to 24hrs, then make fresh.

Looks like she may have pus in the eye that needs to be pushed out.

I'd continue to treat with saline, push out any pus, then put Terramycin eye ointment in the eye.

Do you detect any odor?

What do you treat your flock with when you have an MG outbreak?
Tylosin, Denagard/Tiagard (Tiamulin)? I'd also start that too.
Here are some updated photos. When I felt around her eye tonight, up above it where its swollen, it felt hard almost...kind of where that white looking tissue is showing. I think i can actually see her eye when i pull the lid back towards her back. I think the swelled tissue sticks out so much its just pushed to where its not visible much. Underneath the eye opening is pretty soft still though. I think it still hurts her pretty bad for me to even touch it, so i didnt want to mess with it like squeezing it and irritate it more. I took a picture from the front just to get a different angle of the swelling. I flushed it out with saline, and put more vetericyn in it, and started her on tiagard in water tonight also. She is still eating and drinking fine too.
